  • 1.Task Support Engineers Comprising 4nr FTE's
  • Engineers/ Technicians to prepare and deliver packages of work supporting Operations/Outages and Projects via the SL Planning and OMSIE team.
  • 2.Operations Support Comprising 4nr FTE's
1nr FTE: experienced operational planning expert to support the planning of tasks in order to achieve the campaign plans. Assist operations in coordinating tasks to ensure the campaigns can be complete and that all processes and procedures and in place. Plan daily tasks and liaise with IWM to ensure operation tasks and enabling tasks are on the work schedule in time for work to be complete.
3nr FTE's: experienced and qualified Business Improvements leads to provide direct support to the Operations Improvements team and to the front line plant teams on Legacy Ponds. This will include:
oValue stream mapping and application of other tools and techniques to support high hazard risk reduction increase throughout and reduce mean time to repair.
oDevelopment and enhancement of the existing loss logging processes.
oCampaign Manager for legacy ponds within the Future Operations team. Tasked with outlining and planning 2025 campaigns for Legacy Ponds though stakeholder engagement to prepare readiness for future campaigns. Approve campaign plans including prerequisite task management, deliver approved campaign plans to operations in order for them to be able to achieve KPI's.
oAssist in the development of the Future Operations team including BCM and support function alignment and work prioritisation.
  1. Operations Engineer Comprising 1nr FTE

To deliver and PMP manage all Operations Projects and Equipment ensuring every element from Design to Certification, acceptance criteria and Delivery within the required timescale. Create links with suppliers to obtain equipment required for plant at short notice using the below provisional Sum. The position also covers a SQEP to provide construction cover when needed.

A Provisional Sum of £30,000.00 is to be included to allow for the Development of Operational Tooling/Equipment for Legacy Ponds. Managed by the Operations Engineer and will be drawn down on a reimbursable basis against specific instruction / instructions to procure or manufacture items.

  1. PDFO support Comprising 0.5nr FTE

This is to support operations for fault rectification and bespoke/new equipment design to be approved by the SL Operations task owner.

  1. Administration Support

The administration support is distributed throughout Legacy Ponds as below:

1nr FTE to support within the Maintenance Team
1nr FTE to Support the training department for Operations.
1nr FTE to support the SL Lead team
