The Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to replace the pipework and infrastructure at five allotment sites in the Borough of Southend of Sea to make them compliant with the water regulations. The procurement process will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility Pro-Contract: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk.
