NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd (Alliance Homes) wishes to work with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to supply fencing and tarmacadam renewal to a block of flats in Weston-Super-Mare on a Minor Works basis. No value of works is guaranteed but we anticipate the value to be in the region of £50,000.
Alliance Homes are looking for a contractor with a strong track record of delivering best practice on similar contracts and of working proactively with clients to support the clients aims and objectives. The contract will be a one off.
