These services relate to an independent review of National Highways' CHARM (Common Highways Agency Rijkswaterstaat Model) ecosystem, taking into account People, Technical, Process, Operational, and Strategic perspectives.

This will include a comprehensive analysis of the ecosystem, and how the deliverables/outcomes provided by the CHARM suppliers are integrated and managed. The outputs from this will then inform a set of recommendations for ongoing technical and operational improvement.

This is a Call-off Contract under Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service framework for Technology Technology & Associated Services (RM6099).
