NPQH, NPQSL and NPQML PROGRAMME DELIVERY

ENFIELD LA 2020-21

School & Early Years Improvement Service (part of Enfield Council) require the delivery of NPQH, NPQSL and NPQML for clusters of schools during the academic year 2020 - 2021. These programmes will form part of our Professional Learning programme being offered to 96 Enfield Schools.

For each programme we will require: -

• Responsive administrative and organisational support

• Work alongside locally identified school-based facilitators

• Training and assessment of facilitators

• Training delivered locally in Enfield based cluster groups

• Quality assurance of the programme and facilitators

• A blended learning approach

• Face to face training resources

• Online materials for the programme

• Online discussions and support

• Peer group meetings or support sessions

• Provision of trained mentors where needed

• Diagnostic development tools

• Final assessment

• Support available beyond face to face sessions to assist with assessment

• A track record of candidates' successful completion of the programmes

• Value for money per unit.

Each programme is unlikely to have no more than 25 delegates.
