The project is for: Replacing roofs R5 and part R3 on the main building.
The scope of the work involves:
- Strip off existing metal sheet roof and replace with 'Britmet' type roofing system to R5 and flat roof system part R3
- Supply and install insulated roofing system to provide a min 25year guarantee
- Remove existing guttering and downpipes and replace them with new seamless aluminium (to match existing)
