Hensingham Day Services is to be vacated by the service users for the duration of the works.
Works consist of:-
- Mechanical - full hot water, heating plant and heating distribution network replacement;
- Electrical -full lighting and small power replacement;
- Fabric - catering kitchen removal, formation of new meeting room, suspended ceilings, decoration, floor covering works, external canopy replacement;
