description
Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the provision of a Tourist Destination Website for Hampshire.
HCC wish to invite companies to tender for the design, build, development, hosting and maintenance of the Visit Hampshire website. For indicative purposes the budget for this is forecast as £30,000 for the initial build, plus there will be further budget for on-going services for each year of the contract e.g. website hosting, support and maintenance, SEO, licence fees etc. Additional budgets above what has been stated will be dependent on work commissioned from other organisations and available funding streams.
The contract will commence on 31st March 2016 and will be for a period of 3 years plus a 2 year extension (3+1+1). Subject to satisfactory performance, Hampshire County Council may consider extending the contract on a year by year basis to have a final expiry date of March 2021.
