The Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA’s) requirement is to refurbish signage located on the sites that form the Onsite Portfolio, acquired by the HCA on the 29th of December 2014. This includes printing and installation of new signage boards to reflect the change of ownership, with the possible requirement of installing new sign poles depending on the state of repair at each site.
Once appointed, the successful supplier will be required to provide a drafts for signage design proposals, for approval by the HCA (or its appointed managing agent), prior to manufacture and installation.
There are 12 sites across the North East of England. The requirement is for 15 signs across the portfolio (3 sites have 2 signs).

The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by the HCA and the contract between the HCA and supplier.
