GB-Sheffield: Provision of a Corporate Governance Framework Review and Update

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites offers to provide the following requirements:

a)Provision of an updated Standing Financial Instruction and Reservation of Powers/Scheme of Delegation Framework, which

-Properly and adequately addresses the current governance needs of the organisation,

-Is consistent and cohesive with the extant Standing Orders (SO) Framework. If/where this is not possible, recommendation for the update of the extant SO’s should be provided, -Is suitable for immediate introduction within the Trust, with the flexibility to be easily updated in the future, E.g. as e-working practice is rolled out across the Trust, -Improves the “user-friendliness” for, and consequent understanding by, the framework for users and readers

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
