County Durham Housing Group (CDHG) is exploring the opportunity of developing its own land, and sites we have an option on, for the development of new build housing. One of the key priorities of the stock transfer of homes and related assets from Durham County Council to CDHG in April 2015 was the promise to deliver 700 new build units in the first seven years following on from stock transfer. This framework aims to support these ambitions and is for the provision of a technical advisor/employer's agent service to County Durham Housing Group to support activities associated with the development of new housing outlined in the technical specification.
