Buckinghamshire Council is looking to commission a Carers' Support Service for Young and Adult Carers.
The service will provide information, advice, guidance and support to eligible carers across the county. This Request for Information sets out the current scope and potential future scope while also obtaining the views from the market on innovative ways of working.
We would like to draw on providers' expertise to shape the review of the specification and service model.
