It is Leeds City Council's intention to procure a contractual arrangement for organisations to deliver support and accommodation provision for vulnerable young people, aged 16-25 years, who would benefit from living in either a small group home type setting or supported tenancy. These young people require a flexible and responsive service to build rapport and trust with them to understand their needs and provide a gradual and supported move to independence, whilst enabling the young person to realise their potential.
