District Heat Programme - Project Management

Provision of project management and stakeholder engagement services for three separate district heat network studies within the Leeds City Region. The studies are to be carried out for Barnsley Town Centre; Knottingley and Castleford Town Centres; and York Hospital and the surrounding area.

The successful Contractor will be required to manage technical consultants producing the three separate district heat network studies. The Contractor will be required to ensure the required outputs are delivered on time, to budget and be of suitable quality.

The successful Contractor will also be required to undertake stakeholder engagement with key stakeholders in the identified areas.
