Cobalt Housing is seeking a Single Contractor to replace central heating systems, including boilers, radiators and all associated works within the North Liverpool area. The contract is to commence form 01/07/2016 and is due to run for 2 years with the option to extend for two further 12 month periods until 01/07/2020.
Budget:
Year 1 (2016/17) - £752,000 265 unit completion projected Year 2 (2017/18) - £858,000 300 unit completion projected
The aim of the contract is to:
| • | Replace non condensing boilers with condensing boilers |
| • | Assist in reducing tenants’ fuel bills by installing more efficient condensing boilers |
| • | Reduce future repairs and maintenance |
| • | Maintain decent home standard in the future |
