  • Provide an integrated NEPTS which supports:

Planned and frequent journeys for Priority Patients;

Discharge from hospital;

Short notice urgent journeys;

Planned routine journeys.

  • Provide high quality patient experience and satisfaction;
  • High level of satisfaction within primary and acute care providers
  • The Provider must take action to reduce carbon emissions and the carbon footprint of the journeys where possible.

In addition to the specified services, the Authority reserves the right to increase service delivery during the term of the contract by incorporating Inter-hospital transfers within the North Lincolnshire and Goole Foundation Trust Sites - Goole, Scunthorpe and Grimsby Hospitals. This additional service provision is not guaranteed during the term of the contract but may be a required contract variation during the term and potential providers would be expected to deliver this service should the increased service delivery be required.
