description

LSBU is seeking a replacement to the Prospects.ac.uk online portal, used by the Employability Team at LSBU. It is currently used to advertise employer vacancies to its students. The current Prospects portal allows employers to easily advertise all of their paid and unpaid vacancy opportunities with LSBU for free. Prospects have announced that they will be shutting down the Careers advertisement section of their business by 31st August 2018. This therefore means that the LSBU Employability Team will need to source a replacement for the Prospects portal.

This project will lead on the replacement of the Prospects system. In terms of the functionality of the Prospects portal, the Prospect portal currently allows employers to set up their own account and upload as many vacancies as they wish. These vacancies can then be viewed by LSBU students and graduates. The current prospect system is comprehensive and allows employers to advertise:

-Graduate level/full time vacancies
-Work Placement/Internship opportunities
-Part time/Casual/Temp work
-Volunteering opportunities

The new portal will need to provide these services and the requirements as outlined in ITT document.

Additional information:

All tender documentation can be accessed via the LSBU esourcing portal - https://lsbu.bravosolution.co.uk, clicking on current opportunities
