Employers Agent/Quantity Surveyor for New Crewe Fire and Police Station

Cheshire Fire Authority are undertaking a construction project, in conjunction with Cheshire Police to rebuild their existing Fire Station at Crewe with a new Joint Fire and Police Station. As a part of the initial feasibility studies into this project the Fire Authority wishes to appoint a Employers Agent/Quantity Surveyor . Framework Suppliers who have opted in and supplied the requested information by the Capability Assessment deadline are being invited to quote under the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy Framework SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256 - Employers Agent Lot 4 (North West - Band over £5m)

Following a capability assessment to 68 suppliers on Lot 4, the CFA invited 29 framework suppliers (who expressed interest) to bid under the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy Framework SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256 Lot 4 and received 16 quotation responses.

Quoted fixed sum contract price has been recorded as £93,000.00 for Stages A to E. Stage

A value is £9300.00 and approval has been granted for this feasibility stage. Stages B-E will be subject to individual approval.

The CFA are currently at Feasibility Stage for this project. Should the project proceed, the intention is to Procure on a Design & Build basis via an existing Framework.
