Hatherley Mews

The works are at Hatherley Mews E17 and comprise 2 sections:

Internal strip out of existing 1 & 2 storey residential units, including services. Re-configuration to form self-contained commercial premises, including some demolition to combine units. Shell & Core fitout - including new services connections and sanitary installations. Removal of existing infill frontages replaced with new glazed shop-fronts and repairs to remaining facades. Internal & external decoration. New water supply to all units.

Internal remodelling of existing first floor business premises (Tramworks) including services alterations where affected by works. Existing entrance lobby to be enlarged, suspended ceiling removed and opened up to the underside of roof with new Velux windows. Removal of adjacent demountable partitions to unit, replaced with fire rated screens. New sanitary & Teapoints, new finishes and redecoration to affected areas including ground floor entrance lobby, stairwell, first floor lobby, corridors, sanitary and areas affected by works.

Note: The client intends the Business units unaffected by works will remain operational during the contract period.
