BCHC-21-0010 Trust Domestic Cleaning service to Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT

This procurement is for the provision of a Domestic Cleaning service covering Community sites and the Birmingham Dental Hospital within the West Midlands region

The current service is out-sourced until 30.1.23 with the new service to commence from 31.1.23 for a period of 5 fixed years plus two optional periods of 12 months

TUPE is applicable to this service

The service will be procured as a further completion using the ESPO 263-20 Total Cleaning Service Solutions framework Lot 1 General Cleaning : https://www.espo.org/total-cleaning-service-solutions-263-20.html

Please note that the Trust will not be monitoring nor informing service if they qualify under the framework and therefore it will be the responsibility of the service providers to check and ensure they awarded to this framework. Suppliers who are not awarded to the framework and Lot but subsequently bid will not be accepted and their bid will be rejected.

The closing date for bids is 8.4.22 at 12 noon. No extensions to this date and time will be permitted.
