The contract is primarily concerned with the removal of existing and installation of new:
| • | flat warm roofs to main building and communal entrance, |
| • | flat roof to bin store, |
| • | insulated vertical tiling/ cladding to main building, |
| • | flashings to high level dormer windows, and |
| • | guttering and downpipes to all buildings, |
at numbers 1 to 9 Edgecumbe Court, Sandy, Bedfordshire.
