WCC - Warwickshire Care at Home Services Lot 1 Spot Purchase - 3

The Council is seeking tenders from providers for Lot 1 of their Care at Home services in all Zones with Warwickshire.

The Council is looking for providers who are registered with and have been inspected by the Care Quality Commission, and have been rated as either "Good" or "Outstanding" overall. Providers will have an existing staff base that they can utilise without the need for additional recruitment activity to commence services. These staff are to be directly employed by the Provider.

The purpose of this tender is to secure additional reserve spot capacity within the domiciliary care market for the zones listed in the contract documents, to support commissioned services during periods of pressure and increased demand, to ensure that customers have access to timely services.
