Delivery Notes
Nature: Contractor's Design and Build project for full strip and replacement of pitched roof coverings in phases to Queens Building, Chelmsford Campus including set up and maintenance of internal and external protection measures, erection of specialist scaffolding, installation of insulation between rafters, new membrane, timber battens and 25% new tiles (using 75% salvaged tiles). Location: Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford Campus.
