Repairs will be carried out inside both tenanted and leasehold properties, to communal areas, and to communal services and facilities. Examples of work which may be carried out under the contract include but are not limited to: ï· Communal door entry repairs

ï· Servicing of powered gates
ï· Repairs to adapted door entry systems
