Recruitment Search & Selection Services

High Speed Two (HS2) Limited intends to procure a series of Contracts with companies for certain recruitment search and selection services for highly senior and/or technically specialist roles.

The Employer seeks Expressions of Interests from companies who wish to be invited to tender to provide these Services.

The Suppliers shall identify and help recruit high-calibre candidates who possess the necessary skills, experience and potential to drive the HS2 project forward and deliver on a range of challenging objectives.

The Services shall include:

• (i)candidate search and attraction – including certain advertising and marketing services; and

• (ii)candidate assessment and evaluation.

The Contract outcomes (subject to confirmation prior to the issue of Invitations to Tenders) shall be that, in respect of each vacancy:

• (i)the role was filled by an appropriate candidate, proposed by the Supplier;

• (ii)the role was filled by an appropriate candidate possessing exceptional skills, ability and experience;

• (iii)the Supplier contacted a diverse range of exceptional candidates from a diverse, potentially global field, who were not necessarily scanning mainstream media for such opportunities;

• (iv)the Supplier’s selection process demonstrated transparency and fairness at each stage, recognising equality and diversity, enabling the role to be offered to the most appropriate candidate;

• (v)the Supplier conveyed to all candidates that HS2 Ltd is a modern, progressive employer offering specific career opportunities to senior and highly specialist technical staff.
