The play area serves large residential areas with a mixture of social housing and privately owned properties. It is also situated in one of Wakefield's largest and popular multi-functional destination parks located in the Wakefield district The maximum budget available for this project is £400,000 and it is essential the project is completed and handed over by no later than 31st March 2022.
