description

The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk (the Council) has obtained outline planning permission on parts of Council owned land throughout the Borough. We have been successful on a number of sites and have now decided to take these potential plots forward for residential development.

The Council is inviting tenders for architectural services for 7 sites outlined in the specification. The winning tenderer will be awarded the initial contract for these services and that organisation, together with the firms placed 2nd, 3rd & 4th, will be offered a place on a Framework Agreement for further architectural services for small scale residential development sites.
