the successful Tenderer(s) to provide the goods/services on the same terms to the Northern Ireland Environment Agency, Isle of Man Environment Agency, Scottish Environmental Protection Agency, Highways England, Department of Environment, Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural
