Project Name: Refurbishment of Peak Court Halls of Residence-Corridors & Circulation Zones.
Project Description:
You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the refurbishment of the corridors and landlord core areas at the Peak Court Halls of Residence on Lodge Lane, Derby, DE1 3GZ.
The project comprises the full refurbishment of these areas including, but not necessarily limited to, stripping out works, installation of new ceilings, flooring, LED lighting and the general redecoration of all surfaces.
