Ashfield District Council are inviting tenders for the provision of services in respect of the supply, installation, maintenance, removal and storage of leased Christmas lights and decorations, including the provision of 9 Christmas Trees ( 7 metres high minimum ) annually. The successful contractor(s) will be responsible for providing this service, liaising closely with the Contract Manager. The Council is looking for NEW designs and ideas across all sites and co-ordinated switching on for the Christmas tree lights for the civic events to give the 'WOW' effect. The contract will be broken down into four separate bids, with contractors being invited to tender for one or more of the lots.
