WCC - Warwickshire Abandoned Vehicle Recovery and Disposal Scheme 2017

Warwickshire County Council has decided to carry out a procurement exercise to identify a suitable contractor to meet the requirements described in the Invitation to Quote.

The objective of the procurement exercise is to secure a medium term service for recovery, storage and disposal of abandoned vehicles across Warwickshire.

Currently the abandoned vehicle Partnership does not pay for this service.

The successful contractor will be able to retain all income associated with reclamation of vehicular materials and / or sale of vehicles at auction.

The ITQ has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system.

Any queries or requests for clarification must be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification.

Requests for clarification will be accepted until: Wednesday 31st January, 12 noon

Applicants are required to answer all of the questions and return their completed response (including any associated documentation) by: - no later than Friday 9th February 2018, 12 noon
