DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

Scope of Works

This Tender Package involves the internal refurbishment works in the South West corner of Elswick Building at Bispham Campus to create two new servery counters and supporting kitchen.

The proposed commencement date of the work is Wednesday 15th July 2015.

The appointed contractor is to undertake the role and duties of Principal Contractor and will be given 2 weeks notice between his appointment and commencement on site.

Location of the Site

The site is located at the Blackpool & The Fylde College, Ashfield Road, Bispham, Blackpool, FY2 0HB.

Item 4.04 - Mechanical and Electrical Services Works (from Beech Jackson Partnership's Total Tender Summary - Total Amount of Fixed Price Tender)

Query: How do we deal with item 4.04 where the two separate M&E options are being priced?

Answer: Submit two separate tender returns clearly marked as ‘including M&E Option 1’ and ‘including M&E Option 2’.
