Community Managed Library Tender

Bromley Council are seeking community groups and organisations to manage one or more of the following libraries:

Burnt Ash Hayes Mottingham Shortlands Southborough St. Pauls Cray

Community management presents an opportunity for enterprising community groups or organisations to think creatively and innovatively about how they would manage and deliver community library services.

The Council welcomes proposals that provide a benefit to your group as well as to the community.

Please note that current annual expenditure for each library is detailed in the information Pack. It is anticipated that changes in management arrangements will reduce this spend accordingly.

The tender opportunity is being run through the London Tenders Procurement Portal and you will need to register your organisation with the portal as soon as possible (if you have not already done so) at www.londontenders.org to ensure that you are able to express your interest in this tender and receive the relevant documents once they are available online.
