LLA website already exists http://www.londonleadershipacademy.nhs.uk/ and a template of structure is available.
The website will be a go-to place for NHS practitioners (new and old) to understand Talent Management, be a go-to place for tools, resources and case studies, links to the National Leadership Academy Talent hub.
