Sheffield City Region Mayoral Combined Authority (SCRMCA) is seeking proposals for a Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Audit. Sheffield City Region (SCR) has the ambition to be the national centre of excellence and to become the 'go to place' for MMC. SCRMCA require support to understand the scale of the opportunity, its assets and the action required to support this ambition. The intention behind this piece of work is to define the opportunity that MMC could present for the 4 South Yorkshire authorities in the SCR (Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster and Sheffield), define the eco-system that already exists within the region and set out the steps SCRMCA could take to nurture and support this emerging market.
