The Council is seeking a contractor to meet its material reprocessing requirements for the recycling of textiles (Goods) from Warwickshire County Council managed Household Waste Recycling Centres/Collection Points, of which there are currently 8 sites.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Council is expecting to receive an income from the sale of this material.

The ITQ has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system. You need to register as a supplier on the portal please visit: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home

Applicants are required to answer all of the questions and return their completed response (including any associated documentation) by: - no later than Friday 8th December 2017, 12 noon via the E-Tendering portal listed above.

Any queries or requests for clarification must be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E-Tendering portal . The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification.

Requests for clarification will be accepted until Wednesday 29th November 2017, 12 noon.
