Stratford School Academy Construction Project Management - Request for Proposal - AWARD

Stratford School Academy is a co-educational Secondary School in Forest Gate, London. It has two campuses at Upton Lane and Grosvenor Road and over 1500 students between the ages of 11 and 16 on roll and 136 teaching and support staff. The Academy is successful and growing; as a result of this success the Academy is planning to build a SEN extension to the Grosvenor Road Campus with an expected project commencement start date of November 2022 and the extension is expected to be opened by September 2023.

The Academy is seeking proposals from suitable qualified bidders for the appointment Project Manager for the construction project, CPV code 71541000, as the expected cost of this project is above the Academy's spending threshold. The detailed specification shown in section 3.5 illustrates the scope required. This tender will use an Open RFQ process on In-tend.
