Dacorum Borough Council (\"The Council\") are about to embark on a project to regenerate the area where the Council's old Civic building was based (known as Civic Zone Regeneration), constructing flats for both private and social housing. The site is based on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead Town Centre in Dacorum Way.
The Council is seeking to appoint a Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Service from an organisation with experience of supporting housing led developments for either a Local Authority or Registered Social Landlord.
