Redecorations: Academic Areas Summer 2015

For the redecorations (internal and external) of seven of the Academic Buildings at Royal Holloway, University of London's main campus at Egham, Surrey (TW20 0EX): Queens Workshop; Wolfson Laboratories Building; Woodlands Building; Woodlands Cottage; John Bowyer Building, Queens Boiler House; Williams Building For full details please refer to tender specification.

PLEASE NOTE THAT: this is a fast track programme with restricted timescales for mobilisation and completion by 11th September prior to the students' return).

AS A MINIMUM the successful contractor must meet the requirements below:

-Minimum turnover of £360k

-Minimum Employers insurance: £5million

-Minimum Public Liability insurance: £5million

-Current valid membership of CHAS/Exor or an equivalent Contractor's H&S scheme

Once you are registered, the tender documents are available for immediate download under the ‘Current Tenders’ drop down menu at the top of the screen. We are intending to use the online ‘Correspondence’ and ‘Clarification’ tools for distributing any further updates/information during the process, so that any information is retained within the system.
