For the cyclical refurbishment of seven communal toilet areas and the lower ground floor circulation areas for the Earth Sciences/Geography departments in the Queens at the College's main campus at Egham, Surrey (TW20 0EX).

PLEASE NOTE THAT: this is a fast track programme with restricted timescales for mobilisation and completion by the 11th September prior to the students return.
AS A MINIMUM the successful contractor must meet the requirements below:
-Minimum turnover of £580k
-Minimum Employers insurance: £5million
-Minimum Public Liability insurance: £5million
-Current valid membership of CHAS/Exor or an equivalent Contractor's H&S scheme
