As a result, the Tender has been failed and withdrawn.(The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk is inviting tenders for the design and installation of LED lights and upgrades in distinct areas within Alive St James Swimming Pool, Blackfriars Street, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 1NN)
