Birmingham Property Services is seeking to appoint a property agent to produce a marketing strategy and to deliver a marketing campaign for the successful disposal of the former Brasshouse Language Centre, Sheepcote, Birmingham
The contract will be for a period of 12 months from award of contract, Monday 11th April 2016, or the successful legal completion of sale. An extension of contract will be considered dependent upon circumstances. This is likely to be for an additional 12 month period.
Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
