Job Title Caseworker- Childcare
Rate of Pay: £14.17- £16.60 per hour PAYE (Inside IR35)
Hours: 37
Location: Sandwell Council House/Hybrid
Start Date: ASAP
Contract type: Agency- Temporary for 3 months from start date

Brief description:
The ideal candidate should have one year's recent practical experience of working within a busy legal office carrying out public law care proceedings supporting lawyers. Local government experience would be an advantage due to the nature of the work although not essential. The case worker will have responsibility for co-ordination, preparation and monitoring of all case files, preparation of bundles and have matters ready for court where necessary. The post holder will be required to work alongside a team of lawyers and provide support in preparation of Childcare - Care proceedings matters.
