A framework for the supply of small and large domestic electrical appliances into the ESPO distribution centre, and for the appointment of a distribution partner to co-ordinate the delivery of large domestic electrical appliances directly to individual ESPO customers in varying quantities on a national basis.

Lot 1 Supply of small domestic electrical appliances. This lot involves the supply of products to ESPO's warehouse and also for delivery by the appointed supplier directly to ESPO's customers. Tenderers are required to bid for every item within the lot.

Lot 2 Domestic electrical appliance distribution partner. This lot seeks to appoint a distribution partner for the supply of domestic electrical appliances directly to ESPO's customers. ESPO requires the partner to be able to source a wide range of branded products, to provide technical information to ESPO and its customers in relation to these products, to hold sufficient stocks to meet customer demand within the specified lead times and to manage the logistics/distribution of these products.

As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments(including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
