We wish to appoint a Contract Administrator and Clerk of Works for the following projects:
- oThe Green, Beeston - a proposed development of 6no. dwellings in Beeston, Central Bedfordshire, 4 General Needs Rent and 2 shared ownership units. We have recently gone out to tender for the construction works.
- oPriory View, Dunstable - a conversion of retail and caf? units into 8 Independent Living Flats
For both projects, the project team will comprise of:
- oCentral Bedfordshire Council's Project Manager
- oQuantity Surveyor (already appointed)
- oArchitect (already appointed)
- oContract Administrator/Employer's Agent
- oClerk of Works
