The Provision of a Multi Asset Income Manager

Pension Investment Services. The London Borough of Hounslow in its capacity as Administering Authority for the London Borough of Hounslow pension Fund ("the Authority"), is seeking to appoint one Investment Manager to run a multi asset income fund for the London Borough of Hounslow Pension Fund *"The Fund").

The appointed manager will manage between £75m and £100m. It is intended that this mandate will commence on 1.9.2016 or such date as directed by the Authority

Organisations should note, however, that the answers given in this questionnaire will form part of the Candidate?s overall bid if invited to submit a tender. The Authority reserves the right to disqualify a Candidate or to terminate the Contract if any material misrepresentation is made in this questionnaire.

Candidates may submit, by no later than 6th April 2016 at 12.00 hrs, any queries that you have relating to this PQQ. Such queries shall be sent through the discussion forum on the London Tenders Portal.

Any queries should clearly reference the appropriate paragraph in the documentation and, to the extent possible, should be sent together rather than sent individually. As far as is reasonably possible, the Authority will respond to all reasonable requests for clarification of any aspect of this PQQ and supporting documents, if made before the above deadline. The Authority will aim to provide its response by 11th April 2016. No queries received after the above deadline will be considered.

Any queries arising from this PQQ document that may have a bearing on the PQQ responses to be made should be raised.

The completed PQQ is to be electronically uploaded through the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) with all additional documentation required, by 18th April 2016 at 15.00 hrs.
