Cotman Housing Association is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide Balcony Refurbishment and associated services to properties across its Cotmanfields portfolio for three years. It should be noted that Cotman Housing Association has a prescriptive which the supplier must meet in order to be eligible for consideration. These are supplied as part of the tender documents.
