CBC-0664-H-CE Tree Surveys Housing Services - AWARD

Central Bedfordshire Council Housing Service wishes to ensure that its tree resource is managed in a way that reflects good practice; minimises the risks of trees failing or growing in such a manner that threatens people’s health and property; and which ensures that the health of its tree resource is protected and the Housing Service’s duty of care is met.

The Housing Service is therefore seeking to appoint an appropriately skilled organisation to provide a tree condition survey of the tree assets located on the public open spaces and in the gardens of tenanted property under the Housing Service’s control.

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our “in-tend” electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the “My Return” section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 10/10/2016, tenders received after that time will be excluded.

Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
