Richmondshire District Council wishes to tender for the Provision of a Cleaning Services Provider, for the cleaning of the Council's housing stock. The requirement is to appoint a supplier who is able to support, when required, the in house repairs and maintenance team in the delivery of the service. The housing stock (1620 dwellings) range in terms of types and standards. Tenderers should note that not all of the Council's housing stock are located within the central Richmond area. Richmond District is a rural area therefore road network limitations can present significant access problems and travel times. For further information about Richmondshire District Council, tenderers are referred to the Council's web site at www.richmondshire.gov.uk. The successful tenderers will enter into a 24 months agreement with a possible 2 x 12 month extension which is at the Councils discretion. The deadline for expressing interest in this opportunity is 12 Noon Tuesday 28th April 2015
