Leicestershire Police wishes to commission an independent filmmaker to produce a short film (working title - "Team Leicestershire - we are you"). This will be a key creative component of a long-term marketing and communications campaign to aid recruitment to police officer and other roles, whilst also increasing awareness of, and building trust and confidence in, the work of the Force across all of the diverse communities of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland
